Data Handler LLC has been building data-heavy commerce and production software since 2011, not demos, not prototypes: systems that run shops. Order intake, prepress, imposition, press scheduling, picking, packing, shipping, invoicing. The unglamorous middle of the business, where software either works or costs money.
Epicenter is the accumulation of that work. Its core has run a live production facility every working day for years. It prints, presses, picks, and ships. When a preflight rule is wrong or an allocation state lies, a real shipment misses a real truck. That feedback loop is the product’s QA department, and it has no patience for features that only work in screenshots.
In 2026 that core became a multi-tenant platform: organizations isolated at the query layer, hosted storefronts spawned per sales channel, every record addressable by a portable identifier so tenant data can move between databases.
The company is deliberately small and the pitch is deliberately plain. There’s a specification page instead of a whitepaper, a rate card instead of a “contact sales” wall, and an email address instead of a funnel.
Founded to build data-heavy commerce and production software for operators, not demos.
Custom commerce, prepress, and production systems, each one absorbed into the shared core.
The platform’s core prints, presses, picks, and ships in a live factory daily. Bugs don’t survive contact with a shipping deadline.
The same core, multi-tenant: organizations isolated at the query layer, storefronts spawned per channel, records addressable by portable identifiers.
Every claim on this site maps to a module that ships. No aspirational feature grids, no “book a demo to see pricing”. The specification page is the sales deck.
Adding a press operator, a scanner station, or two thousand customer accounts costs nothing. Access control gates capability; the invoice doesn’t.
Organizations are isolated at the query layer. Records are addressed by portable identifiers, so tenant data can be moved between databases, including out.
Storefront to ledger in a single data model. When a module can’t do something yet, it says “coming soon” in plain text. It doesn’t pretend.
Every tenant starts with a conversation: no forms, no funnel, no demo gauntlet. Email a person who builds the platform and tell them about your shop.
